Gabriele joined Zest in 2018 as Partner, Director and Head of Institutional Clientele. Before this, he co-founded AQA Capital in 2015 and managed equity funds at Sequoia and Lemanik.
His prior roles include leading the Equity Research Department at Exane BNP Paribas and serving as an equity financial analyst at Mediobanca. Gabriele's early career saw him shaping Vodafone's Planning & Economics Department and beginning as an auditor at PWC.
Caterina Lietti
Head of Accounting and Data Analysis.
Caterina joined Zest in January 2019 as a member of the Private Banking Team, after having worked for 2 years for Hedge Invest (Suisse) SA - where she was in charge of back and middle office activities - and for 5 years for Templar Capital Management SA, as Chief Operating Officer. From 2012 to 2016 she was Director for Patronus Select Ltd.; an Investment Manager based in the Cayman Islands. She had been a member of the National Futures Association from 2011 to 2017. Before embarking her career in the Financial Industry, she worked in Milan as Project Leader Assistant for Notime Srl, a digital communication agency and CRM. She obtained a 1st level Master in Communication Sciences at the University of Lugano in Lugano with a thesis on financial communication.
Patrick Borradori
HEAD OF RISK&COMPLIANCE, EXECUTIVE BOARD MEMBER LFG+ZEST.
Patrick has joined LFG+Zest in 2024 as the Head of Risk and Compliance.
Hebuilt a solid career in portfolio and risk management across leading financial institutions in Lugano. He began as a Junior Portfolio Manager at BSI SA, progressing to senior portfolio roles at Sinergia and LFA SA. From 2015, he focused on risk and compliance, taking on leadership roles at LFG Family Office and BlueStar Investment Managers, where he implemented risk frameworks and portfolio management systems.
Patrick holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Università della Svizzera italiana and a CAS in Compliance from Centro Studi Bancari.
Barbara Demergazzi
HEAD OF COMPLIANCE OFFICER, LFG+ZEST.
Barbara has joined LFG+ZEST in 2024 as Head of Compliance.
Barbara brings over two decades of experience in legal, tax, and compliance roles across Italy and Switzerland, with a strong focus on wealth structuring and fiduciary services. After beginning her career in Milan in legal and editorial positions, she held progressively senior roles in Swiss firms specializing in trust services and estate planning. She served as Director and Head of Legal, Risk & Compliance at Capital Trustees AG, and previously worked for Altiqa SA (formerly Bastion and Guardian SA).
Barbara is a qualified lawyer in Italy, a full member of STEP (TEP), a member of GCO, and holds a CAS in International Taxation from SUPSI.
Cristina Luiselli
Head of Human Resources
Cristina has over three decades of experience in the banking and wealth management industry, with a strong focus on administrative operations and HR management. After beginning her career at Banca dello Stato and later at UBS in Switzerland and the Cayman Islands, she joined the LFG group in 2008. She played a key role in the setup and internal organization of the group’s companies, and since 2009 has been managing administrative and HR operations across the group, particularly for Lugano Financial Advisors SA.
Cristina holds a professional diploma in business administration, the HRSE certification as a Personnel Assistant, and the Cambridge First Certificate in English.
Kristina Herceg
Relationship Manager Assistant.
Kristina currently serves as a Relationship Manager assistant at LFG+ZEST, having joined Zest SA in 2022 as an assistant for the Wealth Management division. She initiated her professional journey in 2007 at B-Source SA, Lugano, which is now known as Avaloq Sourcing (Switzerland & Liechtenstein) SA. There, she worked as an administration clerk for four years. From 2012 to 2017, Kristina was a management assistant at Imluga SA, Lugano, handling both front and back-office activities. Prior to joining Zest SA, she spent nearly five years as the head of administration and wealth management assistant at KeysGest SA, Lugano, honing her expertise in the Wealth Management sector.
Monica Percuoco
Relationship Manager Assistant.
Monica joined Financial Strategy SA (and then Zest, after the spin-off) starting her professional career in Lugano, with activities focused on asset management services and relationships with private customers.
In over 25 years of experience in the financial industry, Monica has become executive secretary, with a focus on the relationships with HNWI and Families, after accumulating expertise in wealth management-related administrative practices, in banking relationships, and in back-office activities.
Antonio Ruberto

Antonio has joined LFG+Zest in 2025, as part of the Accounting, Data Analyisis and Payroll Team.
